Progressive training phases

Trainees move through progressive phases that build skills step by step, with continuous assessment at every stage before moving to the next.

Foundations and fundamentals

Learn the firm's methodology, work tools and research and review mechanisms.

Research and drafting

Hands-on training in legal research, preparing memoranda and reviewing contracts under supervision.

Sectoral rotation

Understand the sectors the firm serves and the common matters in each.

Matter support

Active participation in real matters and supporting practice teams in execution.

Assessment and accreditation

A final assessment of the trainee's skills, with a certificate or recommendation letter upon completion.

Eligibility

Who can apply

The programme is open to students and graduates of law, systems and sharia colleges. We look for commitment, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn legal practice.

01Enrolment in law, systems or sharia studies (or graduation within two years).

02Generally good academic standing.

03Good command of Arabic, with English as an advantage.

04Commitment to professional confidentiality and the defined working hours.

05Ability to work within a team and openness to feedback.
