Why the programme
We believe the best way to learn the law is to work on it. We have built a programme that combines the foundational and the practical, giving trainees a solid grounding and real exposure to the realities of legal work.
Programme structure
Trainees move through progressive phases that build skills step by step, with continuous assessment at every stage before moving to the next.
Learn the firm's methodology, work tools and research and review mechanisms.
Hands-on training in legal research, preparing memoranda and reviewing contracts under supervision.
Understand the sectors the firm serves and the common matters in each.
Active participation in real matters and supporting practice teams in execution.
A final assessment of the trainee's skills, with a certificate or recommendation letter upon completion.
Programme tracks
The programme offers multiple tracks according to the trainee's stage and interest, with the option of combining tracks for high-performing candidates.
Eligibility
The programme is open to students and graduates of law, systems and sharia colleges. We look for commitment, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn legal practice.
