Scope of Coverage and International Cooperation
We work in coordination with law firms in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, North Africa, Europe and the United States of America, enabling the handling of matters with a cross-border dimension, whether relating to operations or investments of our clients outside the Kingdom or to the work of foreign entities within the Kingdom. In these cases we coordinate and manage the work through a single point of contact, preserving the consistency of advice across the different jurisdictions.
