Working on debt instrument issuances from sukuk and bonds, including advising on structuring the issuance in line with the regulatory requirements and the nature of the underlying assets, preparing and reviewing the issuance documents from prospectuses, subscription documents and related agreements, public or private offering requirements for debt instruments under the Capital Market Authority rules, and working on sharia-compliant structures in sukuk issuances, representing issuers, investors or parties involved in arranging the issuance according to the client's position in the transaction.

Financial Restructuring

Representing debtors and creditors in financial restructuring proceedings under the Insolvency Law, including preparing applications to open the proceedings, working with the restructuring trustee, preparing financial restructuring proposals and negotiating them with creditors and classifying their claims, representing parties in creditors' meetings and before the court, and following up the execution of the proposal after its approval.
