Experience in various administrative and commercial cases, particularly shareholder disputes, claims against fund managers and companies, company incorporation, structuring and governance, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring of companies, insolvency and company liquidation. Has advised a number of private sector companies on government projects and managing their dealings with suppliers and subcontractors, and has litigated before the administrative courts on behalf of a number of private sector companies on matters under the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and compensation claims for administrative actions, specialising in competition cases arising from violations of the Competition Law and providing advice and studies on economic concentration and merger and acquisition applications before the General Authority for Competition.
