Insolvency and Preventive Settlement

Working on the procedures provided for in the Insolvency Law, including assessing the position of distressed establishments and determining the appropriate procedure for them, preparing applications to open preventive settlement proceedings and their proposals and voting on them, representing debtors or creditors in these proceedings before the competent court, and following up the execution of approved proposals and any amendment to or revoking of them.

Representing clients before the Committees for the Resolution of Securities Disputes and the Appeal Committee in disputes arising from the application of the Capital Market Law and its regulations, including investment fund disputes and claims against fund managers, disputes with licensed persons including financial intermediaries and asset managers, compensation claims for regulatory violations, and defence in cases of suspected violation of the law's provisions.
