Liquidation of Companies

Working on company liquidation and dissolution procedures, whether voluntary liquidation under the Companies Law or liquidation and administrative liquidation procedures under the Insolvency Law, including advising on the appropriate procedure, representing partners or creditors in liquidation proceedings, working with liquidators and insolvency trustees, and matters relating to the inventory, sale and distribution of assets and the division of what remains between partners, through to the striking off of the company and the extinction of its legal personality.
