Associate Lawyer — Litigation & Disputes

Responsibilities

• Preparing and filing pleadings and legal memoranda.
• Attending hearings and arguing before courts and judicial authorities.
• Analysing facts and evidence and assessing the legal position.
• Following up on procedures and coordinating litigation team work.
• Preparing reports to clients on the progress of claims and recommendations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in law from an accredited university.
• Previous litigation experience, preferably in commercial and administrative matters.
• Ability to draft pleadings and memoranda in Arabic.
• Strong analytical and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work within a team and manage several matters at once.
