Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and partnership and shareholders' agreements.
Participating in company incorporation, structuring and governance work.
Preparing legal memoranda and written legal opinions.
Supporting litigation teams on commercial matters when required.
Communicating with clients and following up on their matters.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in law from an accredited university.
Two or more years of experience in a law firm or legal department.
Fluency in Arabic, with a good command of English.
Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
Professionalism and commitment to confidentiality and legal ethics.
